Add a stunning vintage timepiece to your collection with Omega watches 1970-1979. Omega watches are popular among collectors due to their quality and style. Whether you prefer a Seamaster or a Constellation, keep an eye out for authentic Omega watches.

About Omega

Omega has been making watches for over 160 years and is one of the world's most influential watch companies. Their watches have fought in wars, explored the depths of the oceans and even voyaged into space.

Omega watches often come with a genuine leather strap, either in black or brown which look slick and elegant, though many will have a luxurious stainless steel link strap, some of which can be goldplated. Throughout this period, Omega watches sported a variety of different watch faces, from the traditional and iconic circular face to more interesting oval or square designs.

Omega Vintage

Omega's range of watches offers a number of mechanical watches, to be wound daily. Whilst these are less accurate than quartz watches, they are more traditional and often considered more stylish and easier to care for. Quartz watches work alongside a quartz crystal which keeps a more accurate time and are battery operated. Omega has a number of ranges of both, each varying in price, rarity and perceived quality.

You'll be sure to find something to suit your tastes, with a wide variety of straps; which vary in thickness, watch faces and finishes. Gold, rose gold and silver plating are popular choices, though stainless steel is perhaps more common. In terms of numbering, Omega tends to opt for the traditional lines in place of numbers, but numbers are available on a number of their models. Many will come with extras, such as a date tracker and all sport the Omega symbol somewhere on the face.
