This is a really nice vintage item - An Ellgreave Saxony Casserole / Pot Tureen. Complete with lid. The item is in very good condition with just a small mark on the top outside rim which can be seen in photo and this is reflected in the price. The lovely little item is a beautiful Deep,dark green and glazed . It is a lovely item and measures just over 5” in diameter and approx 4 1/2” in height. Vegetable Tureen by Royal Staffordshire Pottery, A J Wilkinson Ltd in Honeyglaze design. Lovely tureen with deep colours of red and yellow flowers and leaves and a house in the background. It has a flower handle and the design is repeated on the bottom of the dish.

pink and turquoise coloured flowers on a black colour branch was on the lid to the tureen but the lid has been broken so there is no lid with this tureen

AJ Wilkinson lidded tureen under the Royal Staffordshire mark, decorated in a green and pink leaf & roses pattern (no. 1298). The backstamp dates from 1947. Lidded Tureen. The tureen is of a circular shape with relief moulded handles, scalloped rim (base and lid) and a Tudor rose-style finial, all with gilt highlights.
Antique Copeland Spode blue and white tureen lid. 22 cm diameter, 11 cm high. Diamond register mark dates to 1859. In very good condition with no chips or cracks. Some manufacturing faults as shown on photographs.
