Sleek yet powerful Samsung Galaxy Tab S
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S, released in June 2014, was the first Samsung Galaxy Tablet to be considered ultra-high-end. This device, available in white and gold, offers a variety of useful features, and as such, stands as a handy product for any consumer.
Display & Appearance
The Galaxy Tab S provides screen options of 8.4 inches for easier transport and mobility, or 10.5 inches for clearer viewing. Both options come with a 2560x1600, Super AMOLED display, which boasts a wide colour range 94% of RGB, allowing broader, more vibrant colours. The Adaptive Display feature adds auto-contrast and sharpness improvements based on the content on screen. Despite all these features, the Galaxy Tab S is still very sleek and lightweight, with a 6.6mm thickness.
The tablet comes accompanied by a CMOS 8.0 MP back camera. High definition photos can be taken as the CMOS feature allows the amplification of each pixel on every moment captured.
The Samsung's KNOX security system and fingerprint scanner guarantee the protection of any documents and data, giving you the ability to manage your privacy with ease.
With the PC sync options available, documents can be moved, dragged and dropped to any Windows or Mac computer, granting people the ability to edit and save their documents from anywhere. The same materials are shareable with WebEx, a multi-point video conference feature. Users can invite up to eight people to conferences and share data with them on-call.
The Galaxy Tab S was the world's first ever 4G LTE tablet from Samsung, resulting in a faster, seamless internet connection than its predecessors. Bluetooth Smart technology adds extra connectivity with little battery life impact.
Memory storage is up to 16GB, with potential external memory support of up to 128GB using a MicroSD, giving you more space to save your photos and documents.
The above features are available on Android OS ranging from 4.4.2 (KitKat) to 6.0.1 (Marshmallow), providing sharp and smooth control for all users at home or on-the-go.
