Erigeron Karvinskianus. Forms a loose mat of deciduous foliage with narrow leaves and slim stems to around 35cm. Once established very little care is needed, in the majority of situations you will only have to approach this plant to look at it’s flowers!
Fully hardy perennial, will form a large clump soon and will bloom next year. Kwanso is a beautiful rare Japanese variety with 4 layers of orangie petals with darker brown spot in the centre. Care is easy, just cut off all the leaves in the winter.
Erinus Alpinus. Nicely sized for small planters, crevices and alpine rockeries. Situate in full sun or partial shade with a free draining soil. The charming and slow growing semi-evergreen perennial reaches 10cm tall when flowering, but otherwise it remains as a small compact clump of hairy narrow rosettes of leaves at around 3cm.
