Sunpak Camera Flash
There are several models of Sunpak camera flash to look at, some of which will be compatible with many other different cameras. Let's take the Sunpak RD2000C camera flash, which is compatible with the TTL functions of digital SLR cameras . It is also compatible with the advanced flash output control function for the Canon E-TTL 11 camera.
The latest high-accuracy TTL signals are recognised by this flash simply by mounting it on the camera and turning it on. At full power, the flash can be fired approximately 280 times and it charges in approximately four seconds. When you have finished shooting you can rotate the hot shoe base into the body, which makes it very compact and convenient for you to carry in your pocket.
Alternative types available
Also available is the Sunpak camera flash RD2000N. It measures 2" x 6" x 2" and weighs just 7.2 oz, it also works well with other cameras. It has an incident diffuser built in and also has rear controls for flash compensation. The flash has the ability to tilt and has a separate power button and a test fire button. As with the RD2000C above, you can rotate the hot shoe into the body, which makes it compact for travel. It uses two AA batteries , so the recycle time is not as fast as other flashes which are bigger and take four batteries, but at around four seconds it is acceptable.
Another alternative is the Sunpak camera flash is the Sunpak PF20XD. This is also a compact flash and can be used with film cameras , rangefinder cameras and the latest digital cameras. The auto flash can be used whether or not the flash is attached to a camera. It wirelessly synchronises with the emission of light from another electronic flash.
