Takamine guitar equipment
Based in Nakatsugawa, Japan, Takamine is world famous for its steel-string electric and acoustic guitars.
Having been founded in 1962, by 1978 they had become one of the first companies to showcase acoustic-electric guitars on to the market. They also pioneered the creation of the preamplifier-equalizer component.
Nowadays, Takamine guitars can be pretty tricky to find, especially in the UK. But, fortunately, there's a massive range of quality guitars and accessories to choose from.

The rosewood fingerboard and slim mahogany neck bring a tactile playability and feel, whilst the three-band EQ controls make for a stunning amplified sound and versatility.
