The term that at first sight looks like an oxymoron, "satellite cable", applies to a useful piece of hardware: the flex that connects your TV to your satellite dish.

A satellite cable is a slightly thicker-than-average coax cable, and is available in various lengths to cope with the often considerable distances between dish and receiver. To make multiple connections possible, there are also cable splitters and joiners. Make those few purchases to enjoy satellite TV anywhere in your home.
