- All goods are owned by VIZ-UK Ltd until the items have been paid in Full.
- The buyer must pay for the postage of the returned item. VIZ-UK LTD takes responsibilities of postage costs if the item sent is incorrect according to the listing description, arrived damaged during the shipping, or is faulty.
- All new and sealed equipment must be returned unopened and unused.
- All items returned without original packaging, have visible signs of use will be refunded partially. Deduction of 20-50% will be applied depending on the condition of the returned item.
- Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods unless stated in the sales details.
