      Although I never received the product, the entire process was positive regarding the seller/buyer interactions. It was a great price, and the seller shipped it super quickly. Unfortunately Royal Mail then lost it. Communications were pleasant and positive, and after a period of time we agreed that I needed to let eBay know. I got a full refund and an apology, even though it was not the seller's fault in any way. Would definitely recommend and would buy from again.

      I've been trying my best to like the phone. Compare to my secondary phone with an older/inferior chipsrt, using the same apps, doing the same tasks I find the phone to be ateast over 10% worse in battery life - even by doing all the known battery saving tips seen on YouTube. The cameras is almost short of amazing apart from the front cameras, general performance is so-so, handling & size is fine. I think it all goes down to chipset and the battery life.
