    Dried celery adds a flavor punch

    This product is a great addition to any dinner entre, including soups and stews. It has a mild celery flavor that is not overpowering. The half pound amount is just right for my frequency of use. It has a long shelf life.

    A good thing to have on hand

    This product is excellent to have on hand for adding to soups, sauces, and other recipes calling for celery. Especially now, when shopping is so limited, it's really a good thing to have in the pantry. The flakes keep well, and not much is required to give a good strong celery flavor. I highly recommend this product.

    Great Product with Many, Many Uses. No Waste!

    Can be used in all dishes requiring fresh celery. I rehydrate in a little water in the microwave..strain and mix in pasta salad, potato salad, dips, rice, cheese balls, stuffing/dressing.. or if in soups and stews, no need to rehydrate... just put right in the pot. I also use It's Delish, mixed vegetables. They are great, too. I do the same with them as I do with the celery.
