Includes Jane,’s All the World Aircraft 1914 to 1919. All countries covered with the end section covering the engines. Nice photos and detailed overview of each aircraft as you would expect from Jane’s. This is contemporary account/technical overview of the fighting aircraft of WW1 rather than some of the modern dreary and inaccurate books about the same subject today. I would recommend buying the 1909, 1913 and 1919 Jane’s aircraft reprints by David and Charles if you want the best contemporary overview of planes of this fascinating period of early aerial warfare.

A very detailed book with very good line plans of the aircraft, I would have liked a few larger line plans of some of the more well known fighter aircraft. But for the price you would be hard pushed a more detailed book on WW1 fighters.
