Price and Payment
Prices charged will be those ruling at receipt of order. VAT where applicable will be added and shown clearly on your invoice.
Goods remain the property of J A Milton until payment is received in full.
Payment can be accepted by most major credit/debit cards, cheque, BACs or Paypal.
Product
All weights and sizes quoted are approximate especially where metric or imperial conversions have been involved.
Availability
If a product is unavailable, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you. You will be given the option to cancel or amend your order.
Items different to those pictured
Items may differ slightly from those pictured in our catalogue or on our website due to availability.
However, where this occurs every effort will be made to ensure the item supplied is consistent with our standard of quality.
Item Colour
If you purchase the same goods under two or more orders, we cannot guarantee that the goods supplied will be from the same batch and be an exact colour match.
Every effort has been made to reproduce colours in our catalogue as accurately as possible and different computers show colours in slightly different ways. However, different computers show colours in slightly different ways. In the case of fabrics and braids, it is recommended that you request a cutting first.
Items made or cut to order
We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide, please provide accurate and complete measurements.
We are not liable for any incorrect orders resulting from wrong measurements or information given to us by our customers.
Returned Goods/Cancelled Orders
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any merchandise except items cut to size or bespoke/made to order products. All returns must be notified to the Sales Offices within 14 days of receipt of the order and returned within 30 days accompanied by a returns form. *
Only goods returned with prior agreement and accompanied by a JA Milton official returns form can be accepted back for credit. If you do not have a copy please visit http://www.jamiltonupholstery.co.uk/orders-and-returns/ or telephone and we will forward a copy to you. Goods must be received back in a resalable condition for a refund to be given.
If you choose to return any product to us, you are responsible for the carriage fees, we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit or due to bad packing therefore please obtain a certificate of posting if using Royal Mail.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by telephone during office hours. If you have received damaged goods or your goods are faulty you have 30 days in which to complete your return but please first phone us on 01691 624023 or email us at sales@jamiltonupholstery.co.uk. In the case of damaged or faultygoods refunds on return postage will only be given at the basic carriage rate. If an item is too large or bulky for Royal mail a courier collection can be arranged, contact the office in this instance.
