    Arrived with damages which weren’t described or photographed, dirty (on the outside, clean inside), and a different colour to the main image. When I asked for a refund they sent an argumentative message saying they hadn’t done anything wrong and said they were suspicious of ME because I had asked if the base of the kettle (which wasn’t in the photos) was included. When I said I’d be giving low feed back for all the above reasons they said I shouldn’t threaten them and they would report me.
