The vendor, in my interactions with her, is a very kind individual, who will keep the buyer apprised in the event that there are any delays or, as it was in my case, changes in shipment.       Thank you for your understanding. The shipment could not be shipped via "Media" rate and normally eBay will not allow for it to be listed this way when I created the listing. But, for some reason, the eBay system did not "flag" this item when the listing was created, yet disallowed the media shipping when the order came through.       I appreciate your understanding. However, to be clear, the snaffoo was simply a "typo" in the title stating 6 tapes. The pictures showed 5 tapes with 6 cases (one of which was shown empty). I instantly recognized the mistake when you said you only received 5 tapes and I explained what had happened. The pictures verified that you would be receiving 5 tapes. Thank you for your polite messages and understanding. And, again, I apologize for the error.
