    It doesn't plump your lips up at all. I don't even feel a slight tingling ? Maybe it needs more peppermint oil, i don't know. It's nice as a gloss but it doesn't do the job that is advertised

    Maybe, although maybe not.

    This seems to maybe work for a short while, or it could just be the glossy sheen that creates the illusion of plumper lips. Not sure which.
