I have no idea if the damage occurred during Shipping but, it's quite possible that it did. Packing was adequate unless item was mistreated during shipping. I messaged seller about the damage. They asked for pictures, which I sent. Next morning I was notified that a full refund was on the way. Communication with seller was very good. No problem doing business with this seller again.
