    great product for a value price

    I have been sewing with 138 polyester string I have a set of nippers solid stainless that cost a lot that do fine on the string but I do two operations one on another machine the nippers there were not always reliable I ordered these. and when they arrived I tried them cut perfectly the string is very tough and I was worried the spring part would flex enough to let the string get between but that has not been a problem.

    Very sharp, Cuts easily.

    I didn't want to pay a lot for nippers and these were the right price. They are quite heavy for how small they are. I have used them a few times now and am more than satisfied with the workmanship. The only problem I have is they are not very thick. When they are flat on the table they are a little hard to pick up with arthritic hands. These nippers are a great little workhorse. Not fancy, just practical and well worth the price. You can get prettier ones but they won't work any better. Well worth the money.

    Handy snips

    I make toys for companion birds. These snips are quite handy and since the cost is so low I can leave them about on different tables, desks, etc. so one's always handy. They have a finite life expectancy, but there's no doubt that they're a great value.
