Computer chip was shipped with pins pressed into a piece of (non-ESD safe) Styrofoam and then wrapped in static cling plastic wrap, creating the most static charged environment possible. Needless to say, the chip is dead on arrival. NOT an intelligent way to package sensitive electronic devices. Complete failure from this seller. Do not buy!
