Bags were sent out without protective packaging so some got crumpled and damaged. I gave them a chance to send out more and they sent them out folded in half and they arrived even more crumpled. They have not replied to my last message. I would not advise buying from this seller if you want them in good condition.

Hi Your first parcel was sent and some bags got crumpled , which you admitted that it was due to your postman shoving the parcel through your letter box .And out of the kindness of my good heart i replaced the damaged bags . We have been selling these bags for over 10 years and and packing them in the same manner and have had no complaints. I responded to your message requesting you to return back ALL the bags back for a refund. If this is not good customer service than you are hard to please
