The item arrived damaged but it was clearly not the sellers fault but manufacturing fault, which was not visible until breaking the seal on the package and taking the protector screen out. Communication and customer service was very good, refund was issued promptly.
As it was just 'one of those things', I would still recommend it, the screen protector is value for money.
