    Parts were delivered in a timely fashion and well packed. Though if these were new old stock they were extremely corroded. Price point was good though just looked very bad. Seller did offer to send out some a couple better replacement parts but not enough to cover the original order. Had to send parts out to be chemically stripped and hot dipped galvanized again. Communication was pretty good but customer service was lacking. Not bad enough for a negative review but not a positive one.

    Really disappointed. I ordered 22, and only 20 arrived. Seller didn't check qty before shipping. Seller gave me a refund on 2 and partial shipping refund, but I still need the other 2. No communication, no help on resolving the need. Ideally the seller could have shipped the other 2 at their cost since it was their error. Also, the items shown in listing are much better condition than what I received. The wracks we received have lots of rust. All around not a great experience.
