Had 1 order, split into 2 deliveries, seems silly to me, but Simba know best. Only received 1/2 my order and had to unnecessarily chase the other half, to no avail and make a case for a refund. Not pleased and wasted my time. Item was not really packaged either. Will not be a return customer.

Great firm pillow.
I wanted a firm pillow but obviously there is a lot of choice out there and none of us particularly want the hassle of returning something which isn't quite right...the Simba Firm pillow is fully customisable and in fact was ideal from the beginning. Knowing that I could adjust it but adding/ removing layers easily was very reassuring. The item that I bought was refurbished but indistinguishable from a brand new pillow.
