        I ordered my item. Firstly the delivery changed I paid for the item. When I tried to contact the seller when the item didn't arrive as stated I received no reply. When I again contacted them several days later I still didn't get a reply or explanation. Ebay then had to step in and refund me. Bad experience all round and will be sure not to use this seller again. It felt I was misled from the beginning and they were given ample opportunity to rectify the situation much earlier.

        Not sure what you mean by the delivery changed, delivery cannot be altered after a purchase. eBay did not step in, the item did not arrive, you opened a case, I refunded you.
