    Your 1st love is always going to be your first. This was a pretty good 3rd sequel. I saw it at the theaters 1st.

    Yes, its well worth buying being the 4th in the series. But the ground shook for me in the 1st as the dinos 1st walked across the screen. How ground breaking that was. Unfortunately, I had read the book and the movie vered left where the book tilted right. I have all the movies from the series and am happy I bought this too. It is not nearly as exciting or mind blowing as some, but it is a worth while effort. I'm not a fan of Chris Pratt, but he lived up to the task. If you can get over "her" wearing high heels through a jungle pursuit--then you will have fun with this too. It is not as deep as the others, it seems to be just for the fun and thrill. Your young teens will love it. I'm an "elderly" woman, but I liked it too. I can be funny like that. Add this to your collection ...

    Not the sharpest knife

    If you believe that two beings with recessive genes can have a brown eyed baby (wait a minute .... a beautiful brown-eyed actor ... was goebbels on sick-leave?). So - if, says I you can also believe that a hobbit is an orc with a hat on - then you will enjoy this film. There are dinosaurs, and there are people getting eaten. The main actor sometimes looks frightened and there is plenty of gore. Cherry on the cake - it is approved by women's lib too - because the silly girl in high heels (she refuses to take them off, even when she is running through the jungle to escape a Tyrannosaurus Rex [resurrected from the old series, no doubt], she actually saves the man - and there is a really macho scene where she goes to the rescue of her male in her silk outfit - and manages to get off a killing ...

    Jurassic World DVD 2015

    Based on reviews I've read of this particular movie, I concur with the fact that the graphics and animation are hard to beat, the acting not so much along with a thoroughly rotten script. I'm sure the actors did the best they could with what they had to work with. To be fair, is the movie not worth watching...no...it's entertaining just not up to the standards we'd put on a production of this sort in a sequel event. I give it four generous stars because of the action and high-tech aspects of the film. In closing, the main female actress runs around half of the movie in a business suit and are you ready high heel shoes...well, you'll see! See for yourself and you be the judge.

    Jurassic World review

    from the first viewing of this dvd, it appears to be a poor copy of the movie. The background is too dark probably due to someone copying a running movie in a theatre. Halfway through the video, Russian words start showing up to name the location where they are. Disappointing since the people are speaking English. Would like to see the same world with proper background lighting and no Russian words.

    Jurassic World Rocks!!

    Just watched this movie. Plenty of fast action and good acting. Chris Pratt as the raptor alpha was a good choice. All the 'critters' looked real. The back story of the brothers and their family was convincing. Included in this I must add their work-a-holic aunt who puts her work above any type of social life. However, once she knew what was happening and decided to take charge - she kicked butt all in high heels. I even liked the ending - could there be another Jurassic in the making? Watch the movie and you'll understand when I say "In the end, evil never wins".
