Unfortunately, the seller was unwilling to exchange it. I get that it was a final sale, but to me, as someone who works in the service industry, that's just really bad customer service. Unfortunately there was a mixup and I received the wrong item. When I contacted merchant, they immediately pinpointed the error and issued to me a refund upon receipt of other shoes.
