Upon opening, the box was empty. I thought this was a mistake or oversight on the seller’s behalf so I messaged them. I sent pictures along with explanation about the package being perfectly sealed and it didn’t seem or look to be tampered with . Although we don’t know what happened, they did EVERYTHING to make it right and fair. I’d 100% do business with them again.

Best case scenario is that it will be delivered tomorrow. This situation is completely out of the hands of the seller, who, as stated shipped the product promptly.
