- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI previously left negative feedback because seller represented the item was in the usa when it was being shipped from India and it had a bad part ( tip of the cane). Seller agreed to ship me another if i revised my feedback and explained that they had run out if stock in the usa. So i am revising to positive but have found another issue. The description says the item is brass but it is painted or brass toned aluminum but i guess you get what you pay for. I should have known or returned it.Follow-up from: *****- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Seller contacted me and explained that they ran out of the product in the USA and had to bring in from India. He also offered to send me another stick because of the problem with tip of the one I received. Although according to EBAY I cannot rescind the negative feedback I believe the seller acted in a responsible manner in the end.
