Large hole in box, which was hidden from view when accepting package. They were no longer in stock so need to return. The seller should provide paid return as this is damaged but have just given a postal address and no other details. I have purchased from this seller in the past and previously been fairly happy with customer service when there were issues but this time things are a little different so far?

I rang ninjas customer support and the offered me a brand new replacement to make up for the issues for the same price. Excellent company, I have several items from them and they always look after their customers and resolve any issues that may occur.
