Took them 10 days to dispatch, the excuse being "due to insurances" and then they admitted they didn't even have it and had to "book someone" to collect it. Awful communication. asked if it had been sent I was given a tracking number, but it wasnt sent for a further 4 days. Only had the item for a few days so unable to comment on aftercare or warranty.
