    The delivery of the item was made very quickly. The item arrived but unfortunately it did not work. The seller was genuinely helpful and very polite, but initially didn t completely understand the problem. However, once the problem was accepted they quickly gave a full refund and return postage was covered. They responded to all of my messages quickly.     This feedback was inadvertently left for this seller, I had ordered belts from another seller who was useless and had to return them...as I'd owned a case with eBay on them the item disappeared from my purchase list and I inadvertently left the bad review on this seller instead of buyapart seller
