Small sediments on the drip tray however that was negligible as it was washed off easily. Machine was factory reset and worked as expected post doing the initial setup. All the items were packaged properly and had original stickers. I looked over absolutely everything and the only small thing I could see was a very small blemish on the ninja logo, however this took me a good while to find. Cannot rate it highly enough and would definitely purchase refurbished from here again. Great value.

This item was in original box and all good except for delivery by Evri who couldn’t be bothered and left at bottom of steps. We saw on email it had been delivered. Good packaging in 2 boxes meant the product was ok as outside box was destroyed as wet
