    Badly packaged (not even taped up), it was also badly damaged in transit so refused delivery. Seller not helpful at all with a replacement unit, despite sending photos with the courier and delivery refused. They would not send another one out until they got the defective item back. Not very good customer service, went to a competitor for the exact same thing (same brand, model etc) delivered next day, packaged properly and was cheaper. Would not use this company again.
