    Seller packed the item loose in a bag and it arrived very damaged. When I reached out with photos they automatically refunded 25% ($5). I'd much prefer a working item in the condition I paid for or a full refund for return but they did not give me a choice. There are similar reviews but thought I'd take the chance. Won't do that again, they clearly aren't worried about your item arriving intact or as described (new).
