    Item as described many thanks, on arrival the packaging was crushed and ripped open, however the contents were undamaged. Although the item is of good quality, I would suggest final inspection could be improved as some of the links were either not connected or misshaped requiring some attention to make it a more acceptable gift

Listing photo showed an undecorated head and frame. Stapled end of shipping box was open. This was inconsequential as item arrived without damage and complete.
