    This seller has claimed I kept the original watch, but posted an old watch back to her as a return instead. I claimed the watch wasn’t working hence the original return. It arrived not ticking. Now they’ve reported me to eBay accusing me of this act when I posted back the original watch not a cheap one. Took this seller 20 days to report this too!

    You did not send my watch back. You sent a black watch with a cable which did not work and was nothing to do with me. You took 10 days after creation of the return label before you sent it - hence the delay in reporting you ! I wanted my watch back to understand why it wasn't working, when I knew it was working when it left me, but I was not allowed that opportunity .
