Despite ordering cool white colour I received multicoloured. Contacted seller who immediately responded apologising and offering a full refund to return item or partial refund and keep item. The box does clearly say Cool White though. I accepted partial refund and kept them as they are still lovely. Very nice bright colours and couldn’t fault seller as was very quick to resolve concern. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again.
