---Payment---
Payment can only be made by PayPal via eBay. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. Payment for 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email. Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate.
If your item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal before placing your order. We will only ship to your registered PayPal address

Your item will be dispatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the weight of the product. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Items cannot be left in the porch or shed. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you on dispatch of goods.
We do not ship overseas.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The refund will be less the cost of carriage costs Mighty Micro have incurred.
 
---Returns---
Cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations).
 
You may cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations by notifying us no later than 14 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract.
 
You may not cancel your contract with us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations where any computer software has been unsealed by you. We will not accept the return of software where the cellophane on software has been opened or software has been installed. Unless the software is part of a package (e.g. the software is included by the manufacturer in the box of a PC and the PC is faulty).
 
The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. If the item does not include the original packaging a charge may be made. We reserve the right to make a minimum charge of £50 to restore a used computer or printer back to factory default settings. Please note you cannot return a used computer or printer to us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
 
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation, to retain possession of the goods that have been delivered and take reasonable care of them.
 
If you cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
 
You must take care to ensure that Mighty Micro receives the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit.
 
Failure to do so might result in a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care and Mighty Micro will have a right of action against you to withhold a refund.

Ricoh 0330 123 0311Faulty items are any product that we supply to you which do not conform to the contract. The following are not classed as faulty items:
Any items that fail due to normal wear and tear, accident, wilful damage, failure to follow instructions, negligence by you or a third party, use otherwise than in accordance with their intended use, or any modification or maintenance carried out without the prior approval of Mighty Micro or the products manufacturer.
You need to inform us as soon as possible if you find that any items on your order are faulty. If you return items because you think they are faulty, we may charge you the delivery costs and any costs and expenses involved if it is found that the items returned are not actually faulty.
In the first instance we will attempt to rectify the fault promptly. Failing that a replacement of a similar aged product will be offered. In some instances when this is not possible a partial or full refund will be offered depending on circumstances.

---Returning Items---
Our returns are handled on a queued system. To avoid unnecessary delays please always ensure you have a valid RMA before returning goods. Every effort is made to process returns quickly but please be aware that sometimes things can be held up if we are waiting for replacement parts or goods from our suppliers.
If returning items to us for any reason (e.g. if you have cancelled the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations or you think they are faulty) you should:
Ensure that they are adequately and securely packaged and labelled with our address;
Be aware that you are responsible for any damage during transit that is due to incorrect or inadequate packaging by you and that you are responsible for any damage or loss in transit.
Please follow these instructions for returning items to us:
It is important to get a Unique Authorisation Returns Number before returning any product. To obtain this number please email our Customer Services at auctions@mighty-micro.co.uk
Once you have obtained the unique number write it along with your name on a blank piece of paper and attach it to the box. To help speed the process please write the reason for return or a brief description of the problem and include with the item in the box. Then post it to us within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods.
 
---Returning by post/courier---
Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return and ensure that there is adequate insurance. We recommend items are sent by a method that requires signature upon delivery.

    Good Quality Print. Let down by media handling.

    The quality and clarity of the print is extremely good. The colours are vibrant and tonal quality has a good range due to the (6 Cartridge) range. However this printer is let down by the range of media that it can handle on the auto feed trays. Using a good quality single sided photo paper it fails to pick the contents up from the tray. (4 X 6). Leaving me to feed it in 1 at a time through the rear manual feed slot. This method is time consuming and not at all convenient when printing a batch of photos off. But then again the manufacturers don't want you to use paper not of their brand. They also include an "update" to the firmware which will prevent the use of non-OEM ink cartridges. It happened to me when I had a brand new XP-8605. I'd fitted it with a CISS System. Worked fine until I ...

    Great printer

    I bought this printer to replace my worn out Epson which I had had for many years. I found this one relatively easy to set up. The only problem being that a power lead was not included in the box, however, I managed to use the lead from my old Epson, which seems to work ok. As yet I have only printed off a few things like emails etc, so I haven’t tried to print off photos yet but I expect it will be fine, as I have found that Epson seem to be the best printers around.

    The best quality prints

    The 8700 printer by Epson is great. It prints the best quality photos I’ve had from any printer. It was easy to set up. The 8700 walked you through each operation. And setting up the paper was easy,making sure you get perfect copies and prints. This is an A1+ product.
