The packaging is of reasonable quality but I would question whether it is good enough for the 5Kg lock being thrown around a delivery van? I managed to straighten the key and its now OK. Better if the keys were taped or tie-wrapped to the main spindle

I'd made an error in ordering drums with the wrong size bearing but after contacting them through eBay messages, where they replied within minutes, all was sorted and I got the correct drums. I recommend checking the bearing size before ordering so you get the correct one. The parts were a direct replacement for my caravan brakes and much better quality than the dreadful ALKO ones. 5* from me.
