    Returns and Refunds:
     
    If you wish to return an item or items to us please do so within 30 days of receipt, as after this time we will not consider any returns.
     
    Please send a message to our eBay account telling us you wish to return an item and the reason.
     
    Return information will be included within the item packaging
     
    Items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re-sale.
     
    There must be an accompanying letter requesting a refund or exchange with the reason for return.
     
    If the item is faulty or has failed within the 30-day period please state the issue in your letter.
     
    In these cases, please make sure that the item is securely packaged.
     
    If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund, unless there is a fault.
     
    Once we receive your item back, and after checking the item thoroughly we will refund the full purchase price.
     
    The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will supply you with a return postage label.
     
    We do advise you to use a tracked service when you send returns back to us as we are unable to process a refund or exchange without the original item back.
     
    Please do not remove any clothing labels or other tie labels unless you are satisfied with the item.
