This is a great cook book of South American food. As a South American that likes good food, I have bought three copies of this book to give it to friends. The ingredients and perfectly measured, the explanation of the preparation of the various dishes is simple and engaging, and the flavor of every dish I have tried has been simply delicious. The book has an interesting and educational introduction where the author explains the origin of the foods, spices, and the different ways some dishes are prepared in the various South American countries. The author also includes his personal experience as a cook which began while he was a child.
