When I contacted seller, was offered a £4 refund or had to return a leaking product even though I sent proof? I asked seller if any other options could be offered as I did not have time to go post office, instead they ignored me and sent me a £4 refund anyway which I didn’t ask for. Awful customer service, I’d avoid.
