    They accepted an offer then after almost a week, they still hadn't shipped the item, so I finally reached out (bc she never did) then and only then do they tell me the item wasn't in condition to sell and canceled the sale without any verification I didn't still want it or even option to still buy the item for a reduced price or anything. Bad experience.

    I apologized and sent a message before cancelling the order to let you know the item had been damaged and was not in a sellable condition. I'm sorry, but I would never sell an item in a condition less than what it was when I listed it. Leaving me a negative feedback because I had to cancel the order, is unnecessary.
