Nevertheless, the item was reasonably priced (seller accepted my ~30% less offer), safely packaged and exactly as pictured and advertised. I can be prickish as I'm a retired seller and the lazy shipping would typically net a "Neutral" rating but I knew what I was getting in to so no need. Proceed with caution
