Maybe for future shipments reinforce the packaging so the item does not fall out of the packaging and disappear during transit. Other than that the boring bit is as advertised- cuts through hard wood with ease and minimum blow out. For sheet goods there is still some blowout but can be minimized with some patience and care. I notified Taylor Toolsworks, and was soon contacted by a rep who expressed apology, and concern. They promised to address the issue with the wearhouse team as to avoid such issues in the future. They also sent a replacement, immediately, at no additional cost. The replacement arrived carefully packaged, and in perfect condition.
