Making A Purchase
Purchasing could not be easier. Just browse our shop, click the items that you wish to buy (which deposits them in your “Shopping Cart) and click on “Proceed to Checkout”, where you will be asked for a few details to complete your order.
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Prices are displayed in GBP (Sterling); but, if you are shopping from outside the UK, worry not: your credit/debit card company will simply convert the transaction into your own currency, once you have placed your order.
(Credit/Debit Card Security - When you place your order through our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption, and the process ensures that your card details are neither sent to our computer nor held in clear text on any website). Orders can also be placed by telephone or post. UK customers can also pay by cheque, drawn on a UK bank account, or a UK postal order, when ordering by post. We cannot accept Postal Orders or cheques, form outside the UK (although International Money Orders might be accepted where there is prior agreement).
Confirmation of your order shows that we have received your order. We will indicate acceptance of it, and hence that there is a contract between us, when we send you a sales receipt/invoice.
We only charge for an item when it is ready to ship.
By placing your order you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions that appear on this page, and to subscribe to marketing information, such as news and offers, by email or post.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, at our sole discretion, without notice.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £3.98, up to a shipping weight of 500g. Shipping to Europe and the Rest of World is charged according to the packed weight of your order (as are UK orders, where shipping weight exceeds 500g).
Delivery Times
We aim to despatch your items no later than 5 business days after you placed your order. UK orders dispatched by Royal Mail “Recorded Delivery” should reach you within 3 days. International orders are likely to take a few more days.
Customers ordering Customised/Bespoke Items or Wholesale/Bulk orders will be notified of the estimated time of despatch, shortly after placing their orders.
If your item is not in stock, we shall inform you, as soon as is practically possibly, of the estimated time of despatch; and, in the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled within 28 days, the option of order cancellation will be offered.
All credit and debit cards are subjected to checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit or debit card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any resulting delay in delivery, or non-delivery. Tax Charges
All prices on the Regimental Shop® website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate, which is applied to all orders from the UK or the European Union. The VAT applicable to your purchase is itemised separately at “checkout”. Orders supplied to non-EU countries are not subject to VAT, which will be deducted from the shown price at “checkout”.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange return WITHIN seven (7) days of receipt of the relevant item.
Returned items are your responsibility until we receive them (recorded post is advised) and MUST arrive with us in the original packaging and condition, suitable for resale. That being the case, and where the purchase has been made in good faith, refunds are available. Refunds are limited to the cost of the goods and postage.
Privacy Policy
Data collected through this retail website site is only used for the purposes of completing your orders, and the only information disclosed to third-parties is that which enables delivery of your order.
The only Cookies deployed by this retail website are those used for tracking the contents of your “Shopping Cart” after you have chosen an item.
