Seller false advertised the item to be sterling silver and it was far from the truth. She did provide a return option but credit applied for 8 days after she received it. I had to ask eBay to step in. She wasted my time and money on multiple items that were listed with misleading and false information, missing parts and problems that were never addressed or included in the listings. Asking high price for previous metals and receive garbage, & when requested help to remedy the problem was ignored
