I reached out to the seller and to his credit he offered to return it. I suggested a partial refund to help cover the cost of repair. However, without any further discussion, I was sent only £3.50—an amount that doesn’t reflect the extent of the fault and not an amount I agreed to. Courier DPD had managed to crush one end of the box - delivery guy passed me the obviously damaged package and ran away before the contents could be inspected. Photos taken. All the important bits (the glassware) are intact, the metalwork that was bent out of shape I could straighten. Great quality item, great seller, let down by courier.
