Eventually we got an offer to refund us £2.50, bearing in mind the strawberries had cost £17.95 this was insulting and didn't cover the cost of what we were unable to use. Once delivered I discovered that these weren’t as advertised ‘brand new’ but old stock with expiry of 06/2024 printed on back, therefore I checked a couple from each package and nearly or actually dead! I emailed seller, and of course no response.
