    My alto sax arrived very promptly, it was very well packaged. The sax is as described and in pristine condition. But the neck was a generic replacement which didn't fit the instrument. The seller was completely unaware of this, as one sax neck looks pretty much like another. I really must strongly recommend this reliable seller, especially for his superb customer service, as he resolved the issue with the neck so promptly and satisfactorily.
