- m***a (105)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseDisgusting seller! - Clearly this is a shop who is incapable of refurbishing devices. - Laptop finally delivered, turned up with passcode on it, seller took ages to respond coming back with a password that was too short and didn't work anyway, neither did he mention the lifting trackpad that has come away from the "palm rest" or the multiple cracks in the casing. Asked for a partial refund so I could get it fixed and he flat out REFUSED making excuses saying "it's a company laptop"..............
